In 2011, Dhawi was promoted to Technical Authority for Safety and Environment at SATORP. In 2014, Dhawi returned to Saudi Aramco as a Project Manager for the Ras Tanura Refinery Expansion Project. Dhawi was responsible for managing the project’s engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases. He led a team of over 300 professionals and successfully delivered the project on time and within budget.

In 2010, he received the Saudi Aramco Excellence Award for his outstanding contribution to the company’s safety management system.
