Started his career as a Marine Engineering Officer on oil tankers for five years before moving to the refining business, where he started as a Maintenance Engineer. He progressed through several leadership roles, serving as Section Head before taking his first Manager position in Phase-II, supporting commissioning and start-up of new units. He later moved through Workshop Management and Turnaround & Inspection leadership. He is currently Manager of Turnaround & Projects Department. In recent years, he served as Director for major Turnaround projects in 2022 and 2025, with 2025 recognized as the largest turnaround in the Middle East.
