Engineer Ali Hamid Mousa is the Maintenance General Manager at Petro Rabigh. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama, USA, and completed executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. With over 27 years of experience, he has built a well-rounded career combining commercial and technical expertise across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project management in Saudi Arabia and internationally. He played a key role in developing the Jazan Complex Maintenance Department and contributed to the Maintenance Excellence Management System (MEMS), as well as the implementation of the Maintenance Shared Services concept. Mr. Mousa established shared maintenance services in Yanbu, developed cluster-wide contracting strategies, and standardized work processes. Mr. Mousa currently leads Petro Rabigh’s maintenance transformation, including a five-year strategy, organizational restructuring, and a $300MM turnaround program, and most recently successfully delivered the 2025 Petro Rabigh Major Turnaround which is the largest Turnaround in the history of Saudi Aramco and region, within allocated time and budget, demonstrating strong operational excellence.
