Majed Osais currently serves at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd. as HSSE General Manager, where he leads health, safety, security, and environmental strategies, driving compliance, operational excellence, and risk management, with expertise in behavior based safety, change management, and continuous improvement, while also contributing as a Member of the GPCA Responsible Care Committee. With extensive experience across leading energy and petrochemical organizations, Majed has held key roles at Aramco, progressing through multiple leadership positions including Head of Downstream OE and Compliance, and earlier operational and engineering roles. He also served as Advisor to the CEO at ARLANXEO, gaining international exposure and contributing to high level strategic initiatives. Throughout his career, he has driven safety culture transformation, strengthened compliance frameworks, and enhanced operational performance across complex industrial environments. Majed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM. He is also a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist.
