Dr. Mohamed is a distinguished Principal Consultant with over three decades of experience in reliability engineering, integrity management, and risk analytics across the chemical, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries. He has led global operators in transitioning from reactive to proactive asset management, significantly extending asset lifecycles and optimizing capital expenditure. Notably, Dr. Mohamed spearheaded the establishment of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) frameworks at Saudi Aramco, optimizing maintenance strategies to reduce costs and enhance plant safety. He also served as Chairman of the Inspection Engineering Standards Committee, where he directed the development of critical technical standards for inspection methodologies and NDT criteria, fostering interoperability and safety across global operations. A prolific thought leader, Dr. Mohamed has published over 110 technical papers and serves as a referee for peer-reviewed journals. He continues to advise industry leaders on leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to implement sustainable reliability frameworks. His focus remains on delivering economically viable solutions that ensure asset integrity, drive operational excellence, and support long-term organizational success in an evolving energy landscape.
