Salamah is holding bachelor’s degree in chemistry from KUWAIT University with more than 20 years’
experience in different organization. Salamah also has NEBOSH International Certificate in Occupational
Health & Safety from National Examination Board of Occupational Safety & Health , and certified as
Radiation Safety Officer from King Abdullah City For Automatic and renewable Energy (KACARE).
Salamah started his career in 1999 as a Chemist in “Arabian Oil Company”. In 2000 he moved to Royal
Commission on Jubail. In 2008 He moved to SABIC to work in EHS filed. For 2 years Salamah work closely
with governments, 3rd parties and manufacturing teams to understand and fulfil all EHS requirements.
In 2010, Salamah joined SAHARA Petrochemical Company as EHS manager and in the next 5 years, he
worked individually and through committees & task forces to established EHS management system,
remove all environmental regulatory noncompliance. He represents SAHARA in many association &
government entities events and lead several initiatives.
In 2015, Salamah had accepted a new challenging role as Sustainability & Environment Protection
Director in SADARA with a goal on How to help the world’s largest chemical complex ever built in a single
phase (SADARA) to sustain it’s operation with meeting government requirements and best available
design to meet SADARA vision.
Salamah participated in many technical forums & seminars, Volunteers with many associations and task
forces, and has many appreciation letters & certificates.
